If we are charging your credit or debit card, the date you are charged is the day you make your pledge, and will be within a week of that date each month. You do have the option of changing the day should you find it necessary. Please contact Member Services at 866-203-1136 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If we are directly debiting your checking account, that transaction will take place on the 10th of each month.
Changing Contribution information and method:
You can change or update your credit card or other payment method at any time by going online or contacting Member Services at 866-203-1136.
Temporarily stopping a Sustaining Gift:
Contact Member Services to suspend your Sustaining gift payments at any time, just let us know when you are ready to resume. Please contact Member Services at 866-203-1136 or by email at email@example.com.
Permanently stopping a Sustaining Gift

Yearly Sustainer Giving
Sustainers may contribute on a yearly basis: You can be a Sustainer with an annual contribution that is automatically charged to your card or account once each year. Please contact Member Services at 866-203-1136 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Modifying your contribution during membership drives
If you’re listening to our membership drive and want to change the amount your current monthly gift, you can call 888-258-9866.
Outside of our membership drives, you can change the amount of your recurring gift online or by calling the Membership department at 866 203 1136.

Protecting your Credit Card information
Your security is important to us. Email does not offer a safe transmission of your credit card number. If you need to give a new credit card number or update your current giving information you can: update your information online, update your information on your member portal page, or call us at 866-203-1136.
Tax receipts are issued by the Board of Regents of the University of Michigan. Consolidated receipts are issued mid to late January, and generally by email. Should you require a duplicate receipt for any year, please call the University at 888-518-7888.
